The River Farms Conservancy was formed in 1978 to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents in Briary Farms and First River Farms. The River Farms Conservancy maintains the swimming pool and multi-purpose court that are used for tennis, basketball, and other sporting activities.
The swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Regular pool hours are from 10am-8pm. Special night swims (until 10pm) will be scheduled intermittently through the summer, usually on weekend nights, depending on weather and interest. Pool passes will be mailed to owners prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Reservations for the deck picnic area can be made in the pool office. The multi-purpose court is open year around from 7am to dusk. It’s very important the courts remain locked when not in use. Please be sure to secure the gate if you are the last person on the court. Securing the courts prevents unauthorized entry, reduces damage (and maintenance costs), and is also part of the agreement the Conservancy has with Fairfax County. Please contact the Summit Management for the combination lock code. We will change the combination periodically as needed (and will provide email notifications as this occurs). Access to the Courts
Please remember to lock the basketball and tennis courts when you leave the courts. The gate codes are: 1166 for the Tennis courts, and 2021 for the Basketball courts.
2020 Annual Meeting, October 15th
The annual meeting will take place on Thursday, October 15 at 5:30PM. The meeting will be held at the pool lawn.
Pool Opening and Annual Meeting Postponed
